Who doesn't like cookies? 

 
Cookies can be mixed and matched with any flour, topping or flavour you choose.
Kamut and quinoa flour make a very nutritious breakfast cookie or a hearty snack. Add nuts and dried fruit for added flavour.

Specialty cookies
*All specialty cookies are best prepared with either spelt or brown rice flour. A combination of the two is also recommended.
